The 70-20-10 rule of learning

That’s the core of my learning philosophy: training only works when it’s practical, applied, and supported. Here’s what it takes to make learning stick and start applying it by Monday:

  • How it works

    You earn the Manager Development Program Certificate only when you prove that you’ve implemented the tools and practices from the program in your workplace.
    • Apply the program frameworks with your team (KPIs, IDPs, feedback, reviews).
    • Get confirmation from your HR or manager that you’ve put them into practice.
    • Pay a small certification fee to process and receive your official certificate.
  • Why it must be earned

    The Certificate of Implementation proves not just that you attended training, but that you made real changes as a manager. It’s recognized by employers as evidence of practical impact.
  • How much does it cost? 

    The certificate fee is $50 and applies only upon completion of the full Manager Development Program. Certificates are not issued for individual module purchases.

#1 Complete the program

Go through the full Manager Development Program. Learn the tools, frameworks, and practices designed for real-world management.

#2 Apply on the job

Put what you’ve learned into practice with your team. Use SMART goals, IDPs, 1:1s, and feedback techniques in your day-to-day work.

#3 Request your certificate

Once you’ve implemented the tools, submit proof of application. Get validation from your manager or HR confirming that you’ve put the training into action.

#4 Pay only when approved

After your application is validated, pay the certification fee to receive your official Certificate of Implementation.
 ℹ️ Once you’ve completed the manager development program, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to be filled out by your manager or HR team.
This confirmation is required to validate your implementation and issue your certificate.
